At the moment, we support lightning for all of our zero fee cash out methods but only on chain for buy transactions. Lightning buys will be functional again very soon.

Hey! SMS is is only needed for account verification and you do not need it when making a buy transaction. It would only be needed again if you were to want to change the number registered on your account.
