Did I understand correctly that you need to do KYC for Cash At Register buy option but not at ATM buy option?
Out of curiosity why the difference if one is buying the same amount to BTC?

Hey, this is because the 3rd party service that we use to process our Cash At Register transactions requires us to do so.

At the moment, we support lightning for all of our zero fee cash out methods but only on chain for buy transactions. Lightning buys will be functional again very soon.
