You realise that to do any trade in the international bank payments system via SWIFT you must either bow to the US or be sanctioned as N.Korea, Iran and Russia are. USA can thus cut any nation out of international trade via sanctions or the threat of sanctions and exclusion from international bank payments.

Yeah North Korea is the victim here. Sure.

International banking in USD is not a human right. It's US currency.

The PRC, Russia, Iran, and North Korea can all trade RMB amongst themselves. What's the problem? What do they need USD for?
