I feel like you about ultrasounds. Still finding my footing on making the decision to go through or decline. It takes some practice saying no to docs.

I got an amazing birth class a few weekends ago, I should have mentioned it in my post because it was really great! From a doula in the area. So there's also a lead there if I need the extra support.
