Territory founders have zero incentive to downzap, and they should be the first to do so and moderate content in their respective territories.

Why was the 70/30 split removed?

You already get 70% of the boost monies as a territory owner. There's no excuse except greed.

I'm aware founders get 70% of boost fees. The real problem is incentive asymmetry: keeping junk out of your territories could become a cost, like in the past few days, and seem k00b is absorbing it.

If you want to do the right thing, you have an incentive. There are 2 territory owners downzapping. And there are others that are not. It is fine. I raised it, no one felt compelled by it. I called out people that were virtue signaling, they just double down on their bullshit and still make half a million sats off a scammer.

At this point, I'd conclude that it is not needed to expect anything from anyone. Stackers are selfish af. Noted. Let's move on. I'll still try to keep my territory clean. Other territories that structurally profit from scams will eventually be muted, for all I care until there's just k00b's territories left and my own.

It's a perfect test of who we have here and it's the second time this year that I get to learn the true nature of my fellow stackers. And for the second time this year learn who, if they ever need you to go to war for them, will be worth the time and risk.
