Lightning is Bitcoin, it is not something separate.
Lightning is THE payment network of Bitcoin.

Would you use Lightning to book hotels or flights and pay for your business supplies?

I already do that for years. I live on Bitcoin standard.
Bitcoin will not become a common payment because people are too dumb for it. The world is not prepared for the massive change in the mindset that Bitcoin is doing.

No obstacle for me. I've been in Bitcoin from 2012 and for me going to use LN as payment was smooth and easy.
The obstacle is for shitcoiners. It's a mindset problem not technological problem.
