Not true. Hardware supported DRM protection can prevent files being accessed. If a trustlet uses hardware supported decryption and digital signatures, the only solution left are bugs and security vulnerabilities. Maybe we will still find one for Switch2 but so far none has been found. I bet same will be true for PS6.
probably PS4 and Switch1 were the last consoles in human history that could be meaningfully pirated and emulated
