Dang I paid already the sats left my wallet.
Maybe the mint rugged me? I sent a lightning payment through the mint and it confirmed as paid but the wallet logs don’t have any records of it.
As you can see here I tried to send it as a ecash but your invoice didn’t allow for me to past a string so I took the token back into the mint
Look's to me they left and they came back lol, as you can see "You Sent" and "You received" back one minute later. The issue is definitely in our decoy wallet!
The new BTCpay instance is now connected with @rizful_com. Try again, it should work
Nah that’s not what happened. I tried to use your pay with ecash and since I am on mobile I used Zeus and developed a string.
The invoice your store showed didn’t allow for a string to be pasted. It just shows QR codes which are terrible for making payments via mobile. So I took the ecash nut back. If you wish to take ecash tokens from mobile clients you should allow a box for us to paste the ecash nut in.
Since that failed I selected lightning and paid the lightning invoice using the mint. It was marked paid but you never got it. Zeus and the mint don’t have any record of payment.
I am sharing this with you so you know how you may have lost a sale due to trying to use tech that didn’t work. Especially on mobile
The BTC pay server lightning payment failed. So I tried ecash and now I lost 61k in sats. And the other methods charge a 1% fee which I think is too high for bitcoin native payment solutions.
But it appears 61k sats might be my loss. Due to the poor POS on your site.
I’ll try to make my purchase next months. And please improve for next time.
Could be that your Zeus node is not well connected? Are you using LSP channels or your own ones?

That's really good feedback for the dev #1509434

The merchant pays the fees, not the customer; we place it there for awareness. Better remove it?

Unfortunately, we did not receive anything on our side. I don't think the nuts are lost. But why then do you have a "You received" the same amount item in the transaction history? The cashew tokens are redeemable, so the same way you generated them, you should be able to redeem them yourself.
In the worst-case scenario, reach out to your mint operator; it is always a learning experience for us all.
I really hope you are able to recover these nuts. Let me know if there's anything we can do on our side; maybe sharing logs of the orders and payment processors could help the (plugin) devs (or mint runners) figure out what happened.

Didn’t use Zeus the LSP node. I used the mint to make a lightning payment. The LSP is the Minibits mint

Yeah as a shopper it appears 1% will be added to the final amount to cover the fee. If you the merchant is covering the fee internally then make it known. Or remove the 1% all together from the payment options.

I think you are understanding what happened. What I showed was the redeeming of the nut since i couldn’t paste the text string in your invoice. So I clicked lightning and made the payment through Minibits.

I sent an email to Zeus and Minibits to see what happened.

I hope so too. That is why I am giving you this feedback. But if I lose these sats I may refrain from making purchases on your site until the checkout experience improves. As a customer it sucks to lose out on something that I feel wasn’t my fault.
Good News @BlokchainB , legendary @adam_coinos_io located your payment and confirmed an issue in the cashu plugin.
We are waiting for the sats to be credited in our account and we will process the order, so you will receive the item before this weekend or early next week.
Great! 👍 glad we figured it out! I was about to rage quit ordering from you 😅
That payment flow doesn’t work with Zeus. Not for ecash
Gotcha, so the issue was not with the CASHU tokens but with the lightning invoice itself. Do you see another transaction for 61,256sats going out via Lightning in your transaction history? it should be just above the two you shared above.
In our side the Lightning payment never arrived, and in the meantime, the cashu quote expired.
I am waiting to hear back from Zeus and Minibits
No errors on our side, just seeing an expired invoice. I feel our nodes have no good connectivity, which wallet are you using? Let's see if we can do better.
