I've already given perfectly sane reasons why someone might not have a linked Lightning wallet, whilst still being sovereign. I've also explained that it's improper of you to presume that all Bitcoin users should event want to have completely sovereign control of their funds anyway. There are perfectly legitimate use cases for Bitcoin whilst not having completely sovereign control of funds. If you still choose to ignore such realities despite them being highlighted to you, that's your prerogative.
