TBH I am not well informed enough about Forbes to know (they are not a major media source here in New Zealand) but generally if a MSM article quotes an identifiable official as saying something I would believe (it up to a point) as they would be liable to legal action if they misquoted in such a case.
Do you consider Forbes credible?

Thanks for that Forbes link- it does look fairly credible as the source is named and clearly states Iran is accepting Bitcoin as payment for oil shipment tolls.
I would love to see the BRICS and 'global south' using sats more for trade as it is neither controlled by US or China.
