PSA: We are investigating the issue where some Primal-Spark wallets are erroneously showing zero balances, like Hodl’s wallet below. Here is what we know so far:

We don’t yet know what caused this issue. Over 5000 of our users already upgraded to the new wallet and there was a lot of zapping related to Maxi Madness and in general. Not sure if that somehow overwhelmed Spark.

> PSA: We are investigating the issue where some Primal-Spark wallets are erroneously showing zero balances, like Hodl’s wallet below. Here is what we know so far:

1. Funds are not at risk. If you restore your wallet in Wallet of Satoshi you should see your full balance.
2. In our tests, after restoring in WoS, the balances started showing correctly in Primal again.
3. We are working with the Spark team and expect that regular wallet operation will be restored after an update to the Spark network. If this turns out to be the case, you won’t need to update your Primal app.
