From raising sheep and goats i learned that I donāt want to eat them but yet I do because of so many man made up justifications like āitās cleaner meatā, etc.
But the honest truth is that it feels wrong.
Itās so easy to fall in love with the lambs from the moment they are born because theyāre so cute but then their tails must be cut off (āto prevent infectionsā) and castration usually follows. All this to get them ready to be eventually eaten.
I enjoy homesteading and keeping animals it is very rewarding and gratifying but i believe that animals would be grateful if we give them a different purpose than becoming meat for us. One good example could be raising goats for grazing and clearing up pastures or backyards.
i have been practicing humming specially while working outside in the garden. My plants and bees seem to like it. The more I practice the more the humming sounds like an ancient melody.

You must not know that microwaves kill food that is already dead, and that food is basically matter devoid of life...
Why not give your body more life by eating fresh foods? A convenient but fresh meal for me can be dandelion leaves mixed with some chopped tomatos, onions avocado, a drizzle of olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. It makes for a great salad and you can add whatever protein you like. Sometimes I switch it up with shredded chicken and a bit of avocado mayo if I donāt have the actual avocado. Just an idea. Also getting more sunlight, fasting and doing coffee enemas have helped me with appetite and cravings.
If i could i would cook for you just so you could eat better foods.
