This is definitely the easiest way to sell items for sats.
Otherwise, you're looking at a basic ecommerce site + an integration with a bitcoin/lightning platform, along the lines of something like https://www.oshigood.us/
A freelancer would be able to handle this. I couldn't say how much someone would quote (I would need to spend a little time on it to quote it myself) but I would imagine it would be under a few thousand dollars. Again, the best place to ask around for these services would be nostr. And, once it's finished, https://catallax.network is intended for exactly this sort of thing!

I can only see the option to sell jpgs...
I'm looking for a way to sell a guide, I mean, once the payment is done, the buyer could download the file...

This would be a great question for the ~AGORA
Nostr has an issue with media ulpad, I mean you should host the media yourself and send a link to it each time you receive a buyer request or peyment.

there is a demo client live now. of course, the protocol defined in the spec found at https://catallax.network can be used with or without the demo client (this being the whole point of open protocols :)
