Club swinging was very popular in the late 1800's up till the early 1900's.
I see some people still rate them. They still a good thing or nah?
Yeah, I think so. It's kind of like swinging kettleballs, but much more artistic, and skillful. And probably exercises a lot more muscles. I never got into it though.
