Today, I'm sharing with you a little test to know if you are fit.
Test:
- Sit down on the floor and cross your legs.
- Try to get up without using your hands or elbows.

I can do it. I have to resist the reflex to use my hands.
I horribly out of shape but I can do that ... mostly because we don't have chairs at home and sit/sleep on the floor.
That's a good way to keep you fit!
