Yesterday, while running some errands around town, it started pouring rain. As usual, I had my camera with me, so I took the opportunity to capture some street photography in the rain. Rainy weather always makes for interesting photos!
The first four photos have a common element: the quintessential rainy-day accessory, an umbrella!
Just 20 seconds after taking the previous photo, another person appeared with a different umbrella, and I was able to capture this colorful photograph:
A woman carrying bread home, with a worker wearing a rain poncho to her right:
This was in another part of the city. I love the urban vibe and how the lights reflect on the wet pavement.
The rain was really coming down hard, and people were still working in the streets.
This young man was juggling at a traffic light:

By this point, the rain had eased up a bit, and people were still going about their day...
Urban vibes:
I took the next photo because I was so happy to see a Venezuelan flag hanging. Believe it or not, that's not a common sight here.
I hope you enjoyed these street photos as much as I did!
Indeed I did!
