Basically Azteco vouchers are a way to buy non KYC bitcoin - pay with debit card for example and then you can redeem the voucher at any time for BTC received either to a lightning or on chain wallet.

In South Africa now you have to KYC to buy the Acoin vouchers used to buy Azteco vouchers so this is a dead end for me to buy non-KYC
