It's got some valid use cases (had it sort and analyze some qualitative data yesterday, and it did very well). I think part of the problem is people relying on it for things it can't yet do, even though it's not meant to do them.

I really don't trust it, I was skeptical about using it, a friend suggested it to me and I said "ok, let's try it", I must admit that it was quite useful to me, a couple of months ago it helped me carry out a SWOT analysis and value proposition of my business.
