Dear bots, there's somehow still one (out of five total) unclaimed token in this post. It's not hidden. The human stackers have been quite nice to you.

After checking their menu and prices… do you think 3forks would be ok with an on chain transaction?

UX feedback/idiot question for @Team_Predyx (or @Undisciplined cuz dude knows everything):

In my portfolio, under "Activity" I can expand and toggle to see previous activities:

...under "Positions" this is just gone.

I have more than 20 positions now, (e.g., can search for Uefa bets that don't show up in the list) just can't see them.

reply

My positions don't show either.

reply

how do you keep track of what you own? (I never had more than 20 positions before, so wasn't a binding problem).

Now I'm like, wth do I even own?!

reply
how do you keep track of what you own?

Loosely. Since I mostly buy either guaranteed (or nearly so) positions, it's not a huge concern.

I had noticed this cafe “No Horse Run” near my school, but being the goated teacher I am, I let my mind be swarmed with thoughts of helping my students (instead of visiting there for a treat). The Universe must have decided that I was working too late because the son suggested that we visit his old student care centre. Thus, “No Horse Run” was literally staring at us in the face. Without hesitation, we plodded inside to have ice cream at the end of a looooooong school week. Tutti fruity for him; rum and raisin for me. The ice cream tasted fabulous, but the Crème de la crème was the crude humour that resonated with me. The door sign “Limpeh (Your father) open from” elicited a chuckle from my mentally spent and emotionally depleted self, as did the toilet sign “pee pee boy”. I foresee spending quality time and hanging out there with the son more often.

reply

I'm surprised to see you use the word "goated". I thought it was pretty niche American slang.

reply

Maybe it’s due to World Cup fever? I have known GOAT as a noun but a student taught me that it could be used as an adjective as well. He sent me messages that showed his determination to make me understand the difference lol

reply

Wonder where a singaporean kid is learning that slang haha

But yes, the past tense verb form of GOAT becomes an adjective meaning "best" or "excellent"

Funnily I made it 4 hours in today before an affecting vuln made me have to do something, instead of the regular first thing I see. May have something to do with my backlog and I needed to review a signal release because I had postponed that a few days.

Normally my prime waking time is exactly what you describe, but having said that, npmsec and apparently overall GHSA review&verification from repo-specific to the global registry can take over half a month now. So my weekend is going to be developing something that can monitor 3500 source repos. Github is going to appreciate my API consumption.

reply
41 sats \ 0 replies \ @optimism 12h

well if someone gained access to your dev box, the first thing they'll do is leech your ssh / codesigning / mtls keys. Normally you have those passworded so now you have to do a rollover before they can crack them. Or if you don't have them passworded... yeah... better start now lol. (and password them)
