Winning 57% of the white vote and 33% of the non-white vote does not make Republicans the party of white people. There's clearly an ideological component that transcends race, otherwise they'd never win a US election.

Correct. There is no shortage of people of all colors voting for Republicans. To suggest otherwise is a lie. It's all about ideologies.
