it might help to refresh your browser. Spark has a known bug that can cause an issue like this that’s resolved with a refresh

I got a couple of zap failures. When I checked the wallet logs I see this warning:

The sending function is showing orange and the receive was showing red. I tried to transfer more funds out of the wallet to an external wallet and that transfer failed, too.
