Here in New Zealand we eventually over threw the two party system and achieved proportional representation. It was a battle but worth it. It may well be harder in the US with seemingly huge sums of money involved in corporate and Zionist lobby groups but if enough people get tired enough and mobilize it may be possible. I would say- do not give up- the US democracy is clearly in a bad state but you have a lot to fight for and imo giving up is not an option. Seems to me like you need to get the rich corporate sponsors out and get back to a stronger democracy and proportional representation may be a way of achieving that.
