With Boltz no longer available, Liquid not really doing peg-outs, swapping between lightning and onchain has looked different lately.
Swaptopia from Second.Tech
Swaptopia uses bark to do the swaps. Currently it works on Mainnet and Signet. The minimum swap from onchain to lightning is 51k sats, lightning to onchain needs to result in utxo that is at least 1000 sats after fees.
This looks like one of the most promising new swap tools under development.
Indra via AQUA Wallet and Liquid
AQUA announced Indra last month, but it got off to a rough start #1573169
It seems like it is only accessible from within AQUA Wallet, and it swaps lightning <-> liquid. As long as Liquid peg-outs remain closed, it's not exactly useful for doing a lightning -> onchain swap, but one hopes (perhaps foolishly) that the Liquid Network will eventually return to normal activity.
OpenSwap, Portal
OpenSwap is an atomic swap protocol that is accessed through their app, Portal. Mainnet support is experimental, and does not currently support swaps in to or out of lightning (although it is coming soonTM)
@supratic posted about it in August #1558260, but I agree with @BlokchainB's comment there that it currently looks a little complicated.

Yes, my intention was not to make a comprehensive list (others have done a good job of that). I was mostly trying to point out new and coming-soon swap tools.
