In 2012, my wife and I thought about taking $10k and putting all of it in bitcoin. Actually created a wallet, got ready to do it. But I chickened out. Thinking back, if I HAD done it I probably would have sold out when bitcoin hit $2. In any case, I have never gone back and set up a wallet, and I have not bought anything. If I want to buy something with bitcoin, my son does it for me.
