  1. The dummies and basket traders who've lumped bitcoin in with "tech" cause bitcoin to have a positive correlation to tech stocks that isn't really grounded in anything.
  2. Bitcoin doesn't always rise on inflation fears because inflation can be caused by multiple reasons. From what I've seen, Bitcoin does seem to go up when the Fed signals debasement.
