ZOLAK is a small art residence in an old factory building (the ELFA factory). A few months ago it opened Centralny. Afaik, it's the first bar in Lithuania that takes only bitcoin.
ZOLAK uses Swiss Bitcoin Pay as a Lightning provider. Prices are set in EUR and converted to sats at the live rate. The rate is locked for 15 minutes, so you won't lose the quote while you look for your wallet. On-chain BTC also works, from a 25 € order up. It's not only drinks. They also sell books, t-shirts, and lamps from local designers.

I know it's not practical for ALL Bitcoin entrepreneurs to be Bitcoin only. But there are many who could and choose not to. Even at Bitcoin conferences, prices are all set in fiat. It's like they're not even trying.
