That sounds risky. Can we be sure it has the desired effect?

Don't know. It needs experimentation so we can find out.

I am also curious about those who are producing short-form videos, like how it affected their brain.

I read an article about how young people have been resorting to "side hustles," based on some survey, and I wondered, do I have a side hustle on SN? Would it be one if I exposed my feet to horney strangers? What if I started a self-help channel?

It's a bit wild to think about, tbh. I was usually just worried about what kind of skateboard to buy when I was an urchin. And then, ofc, the other things you mentioned. Maybe I'm the one that's screwed up.

Sat sinks != hustles. lol

I was usually just worried about what kind of skateboard to buy when I was an urchin.

My allowance didn't really allow me to buy significant things as a kid, even though I got what I needed. On my 12th bday I begged my mom to sign off on permitting me to deliver newspapers, and suddenly I was no longer the poorest kid (in terms of personal wealth) in the classroom. In fact, I made like 10x the richest kids allowance then (and more than 100x my own haha) all by getting up early (which I have always hated, even back then.)

I saved everything I could in a savings account to "kickstart my life when I grew up", because I read that in some column in the newspaper that this was important, and when I moved out, it turned out that I had enough money to buy paint for my apartment, some curtains, a queen size bed and a couch. And... it was all gone. I worked 6 years for that! I still feel my disappointment today when I think about it, haha.

Looking back... I don't know. Maybe it's better to just embrace consumerism as young as you can, "work" your debt to heights you will never be able to repay, and leech the shit out of everything you can. Being the problem instead of fixing the problem? Side hustle to keep up appearances with the creditors. Some feet pics here, some beauty products there... ez, except I don't understand in the slightest how one can sustain themselves, let alone a family that way.

Maybe I'm the one that's screwed up.

To even think about these things is kind of screwed up.
