Nah, downzapping is an act of altruism or an act of hate. It's a completely voluntary sacrifice.
So much a scam that even when it is not for you, you still have to pay it. I have been scammed 3 years, forced to give money to the government for someone else. I won't forget it.
Bitcoin will be what we will collectively think it is, though.
