This should put an end to the dizzying back and forth for the Missouri Election Map for now. Rep. Emanuel Cleaver should be good to secure his seat now that the Supreme Court has decided that the former map should be used over the one drawn up in 2025.

There is one critical issue that is still unaddressed, and that is: what does this mean for the Primary Election results that were held on August 4th with the 2025 map? Since the stay was issued after the Primaries took place, how this affects the results and what could be done to remedy this is currently unknown.
