I think I know people who don't really care about voting, but might toss a vote that way like a lotto ticket. I also know people who devoutly believe in trump -- but they will already vote that way and don't need to be swayed by money.
right, but the trump devotees already vote for him, so the needle doesn't move.
words are wind, I doubt trump feels it's a bad roi as long as he gets a few people.
