I'm always surprised thieves dont go partial robinhood. 

1. Steal 1000 BTC. Break it up into 100,000 different wallets
2. Create 100,000 transactions sending 20% to well-known scammer address, other random published bitcoin addresses,  charities, popular bitcoin personalities, burn addresses, bitcoin service provider addresses, etc. 
3. Simultaneously create 80000 addresses you do control. 
4. From those 80,000 addresses again give away 10%. This time publicly publish seed phrases to the 8000 wallets you are "donating". 
5. While all this is happening take the coins you do control and put in mixers and cross chain services.
