Yes the balance is refreshed once every 30 seconds. We should probably refresh it on each visit though. Thanks!

In general we are pretty gentle polling wallets for balances/payment statuses. We can be a lot smarter about it.

Balance refresh is a bit glitchy.  Went to the wallets page and saw a balance I knew was wrong.  Refreshed a few times and it stayed wrong, but after the 4th refresh or so it updated to what I assume is now the correct balance.

So, there's some stale data issues potentially going on.
