Not on Tor by chance? That's usually what we see with this, fragile socket connections... if not on Tor is your ISP connection otherwise solid right now?

how's you're ping/dns resolution to relay.lightning.pub?

Can try wss://strfry.shock.network too in the edit source screen just to force a different lookup
