Long press the balance, about 3 seconds, it should try a refresh

keep it in focused, it clears and trys to repull... longer history can take a bit

Yes, the fetch connection could drop if the tab/app is backgrounded

Mines got daily SN history since 2023 and it takes a few minutes

browser or app? cache may be borked, nuclear option is to clear storage for it and re-auth
