We have the globally distributed groups, it's literally bitdevs. From Sydney to San Salvador to Berlin to Buenos Aires to Tampa to Taipei... I've seen some 1-2 day workshop announcements in the past too, and even recommended people to go there because I thought it was up their street and I've only gotten positive feedback really about how awesome those are.
