I bought a pixel 10 pro last year and it was probably the first time I've spent more than $300 on a phone. I dropped it in the lake while replacing rigging on my sailboat and rather than write it off, I went and got my scuba gear and went in after it. It's been sitting in a container of desiccant since Saturday. It sat overnight at 28' deep, so I'm a little concerned it will have too much moisture when I try to turn it back on, but for how much I spent, I'm going to give every effort to salvage it.

I like the camera and all, but it's a little crazy to have so much money tied up in a phone. To be honest, I can't say I've missed having a phone this week.
