There is no way that the current attitude popular among regulators (seemingly regardless of what jurisdiction they come from) will accept peer to peer trading.

If such things exist, they will need to exist despite that aggression of the state, ie they will need to be like Bitcoin, very very difficult to shut down.

Peer to peer trading will be illegal as far as people believe it is. There is a limit in surveillance.
