Well, this should be interesting. This isn't like book authors suing, or even the NYT suing. This is someone on the same financial playing field, and music labels don't tend to back down as easily. I'm sure the end result will be a settlement of some sort (no way does anyone involved want to make it to discovery), but until then, should be fun to watch.
