That's genuinely great. Feels like two layers to me: for anyone running a Pub, SN could use the referral tracking it already has plus enroll to auto-provision the new user as a guest, no manual step. For everyone else, what I was proposing stays, an SN account and a Lightning address, nothing to run. One covers volume, the other catches the people who'll never have infrastructure of their own.
