So silly question: I've got funds that are sitting in SN that aren't cowboy credits and aren't in the Spark wallet. Is this not also an embedded wallet (even if not as feature-rich as Spark)?
It is an embedded “wallet,” but it’s purely an outbox for funds only SN gives to you. The features it lacks that Spark’s wallet doesn’t are why we view them differently.
