It would probably be easier to start from scratch. The hard part is the payment engine but if you run it with a custodial wallet 

, that part isn't even necessary. In general, SN is way more work than it seems and the burnout rate of doing something like SN, even without bitcoin involved, is very high so I recommend either finding someone who will die for it or having enough cash to find/hire redundant team members.
