I know they were offline a few days ago updating things due to some potential risks so maybe not fully all up again yet.
Lightning Network still a work in progress.
Update- I just tried sending 100 sats from coinos to SN to buy 100 CCs- it worked, so someone somewhere has fixed it :)

I am unable to open a channel with them. IIRC they run Core Lightning and might've taken it 

. I'm not sure how to otherwise fix their liquidity. We share peers and we have very good inbound from those peers, so I think this may be an issue of some kind on their end.
