My SN auto-withdrawal to Minibits came in, no action needed from me. Stacker News says "sent ✅", all calm about it. Minibits says "Prepared". Not arrived, not pending, "preparing". Preparing for what exactly? Getting a final touch-up? Does it need ironing before it's allowed to show up in my balance?

My best guess is this: since Minibits runs on ecash (Cashu), the Lightning payment already reached the mint, but the mint still has to "mint" that payment into actual ecash tokens before it lands in my wallet. "Prepared" would be exactly that in-between step, the money is technically mine already but not yet packaged into its final, usable form.

Best part is I can see the number sitting right there in my balance, but I can't touch it. It's the Bitcoin equivalent of watching a parcel "leave the distribution center" and then... nothing, for two days straight.

Anyone know how long that "Prepared" usually takes to turn into actual sats? I'm currently refreshing the app like it's going to change something.
