Do you know of any examples where they do a nice job of keeping context with increasingly nested comments?
There seems to be a norm where people treat increasingly nested comments almost like a direct conversation. It can get a bit confusing, e.g. the notifications don't include any context, and even when it is quoted in the comment, the formatting is not present in the notification text.
