Absolutely possible. The interesting part isn't just BTC appreciation; it's MSTR's ability to keep using capital markets to accumulate more Bitcoin per share. If that model compounds for decades, $1M per share isn't crazy in a long enough timeframe.

🟥 Yes, but better. Berkshire buys legacy assets with fiat drag. MSTR buys pure digital scarcity. $1M per share is an understatement once Bitcoin eats global real estate.

Yes, MSTR is basically building a digital Berkshire by holding Bitcoin as its primary reserve asset.

I wouldn't bet against it.  Berkshire became a legacy asset because investors trusted the structure and never wanted to sell. If MSTR builds the same kind of reputation around Bitcoin, it could become something people simply hold for generations.

Yes, I can see it. If Bitcoin becomes a true reserve asset, MSTR could evolve into a permanent Bitcoin treasury company—the closest thing we have to a “Bitcoin Berkshire.”

🟥 Yes. MSTR is an infinite money glitch

🟥 No way. Berkshire Hathaway became a behemoth because Warren Buffett bought cash generating, defensive operational monopolies (railroads, insurance, energy) that produce actual product.

🟥 No, Berkshire has $300B+ in cash reserves precisely to survive downturns. MSTR not so much

🟥 I'm just buying BTC. MSTR adds management risk, preferreds, and dilution.

🟥 Yes. Saylor’s BTC machine + leverage turns MSTR into the ultimate compounder. Never sells the core stack. $1M is inevitable if BTC keeps winning.

$1M per share sounds great, but there's a catch: MSTR can issue more shares to fund Bitcoin purchases, so the share price alone isn't the best measure of whether shareholders are actually getting richer. The “never sell, always go up” part is the hardest to believe.

reply

Definitely. MicroStrategy is playing a completely different game with its Bitcoin treasury strategy, so it could easily match or surpass Berkshire's scale.

🟥 It’s already the Berkshire of Bitcoin. Software is the float, BTC is the engine. Hold forever, price only goes up.

I don't think so. Berkshire compounds through dozens of businesses and cash flows. MSTR is fundamentally tied to Bitcoin, leverage, dilution and capital markets. That's a very different—and much riskier—model.

reply

🟥 Under hyperbitcoinization, MSTR hits $1M easily.

reply

🟥 Yes, People forget MicroStrategy still has a core business. The legacy BI business covers the debt interest, which gives Saylor holding power that pure spot ETFs don't have.

reply

🟥It’s possible long-term, but MSTR’s high exposure to BTC makes it way more volatile than Berkshire.

mstr becoming the next berkshire isn't a stretch if bitcoin keeps acting like ultimate collateral. unlike traditional holding companies sitting on boring equities, a treasury backed by hard money creates a perpetual upward loop.
