Actually, in the Far East (especially Japan and South Korea) it’s fairly common to see people trying to exploit loopholes (it's one I guess) like this to enter U.S. markets.

Woof, man we need more companies in the bitcoin space generating real positive net income on the balance sheets. Right now it is essentially just issuing ATM, diluting shareholderse, and not generating any net income.

I thought Mallers with XXI would have been able to accomplish this, I guess the only businesses generating some type of positive net income are Block, Tesla and Spacex lol.
