They can revive some communities for sure, but better to build them in industrial zones instead of next to residential areas or to replace farm land.
Or maybe the plan is to stop producing food and just eat the processed supermarket slop.
I doubt many of these projects even come to fruition, akin to the fiber build-out in dotcom.
