Fair, the private layer is where nostr actually earns its keep. Merchants running it as backend, DMs, orders, that is the real pitch, the public feed is just the storefront. My angle was the onboarding gap, not the protocol. Tools exist, defaults just hide them. Open Markets rec noted, will check it.
