this one definitely gave me pause. I agree with you intellectually. but my weak cypherpunk wannabe knees knock as i think of it. it's not an easy path.

Perhaps we can modify that conclusion to say "We want these attackers to be able to succeed (although we'd also like them to be sloppy enough that they get caught)."
