The Bitcoin plebs had not move this amount of BTC in a day since the FTX collapse.
39.6K BTC transferred on July 31st after the coldcard hack, 39.9K BTC transferred on November 16 2022, a few days after the FTX collapse.
These are Bitcoin transfers < 1 BTC.
I like to see that people seem to be taking action.

Cold Card affected a lot less people so this is probably an indication there are a lot more plebs now and they have more sats than in 2022.
Given the number people have estimated were stolen, does this indicate a vast majority were able to move in time? Assuming a decent amount of the movements were coldcard users.
As far as I know, we can't really call it. These numbers might have zero to do with it. Or maybe they're just a tiny piece of the whole CC hack.
It is certainly a regrettable situation; many people lost all their Bitcoin. This is terrifying.
